February Favourites 

Hi guys ! I hope you are all having a great day ! It is coming to the end of February in a few days (which is hard to believe because it feels like it was Christmas only yesterday) so I thought I would do a quick February Favourites ! Enjoy !

So this month I have been loving all of these things! They are The Yankee candle pink sands reed diffuser , The body shop strawberry lip balm , the soap and glory smoothie star body buttercream, the Tanya burr lipgloss in the colour champagne toast and finally the Loreal infallible 24 hour matte foundation.

Another thing I have been loving this February is these delectable little creations ! They are made by a company called Joeys and they are called jammy buns . Omg they are so nice ! They are moist cakes covered in jam and then covered in coconut ! What is there not to like about them ! You have to try them !!

The final thing I have been loving this February is a series on netflix. I have been obsessed with Pretty Little liars ! I think it is really good and I love watching it. I love watching it soo much that at one point I started to watch 6 - 7 episodes a day ! I am currently in the middle of season 3 and it is getting really interesting. If you haven't started watching this then I recommend that you do!

My daily routine 

Hi guys ! I hope you are all having a nice day. Today I am going to do a post on my daily routine . I've seen lots of YouTubers do this lately so I thought it would be fun to do a blog post about it as well. I have done a post like this before but lets just say it was not very good . It was back in the days where I used my I phone to take pictures and didn't even realise how to edit them . Anyway I hope you enjoy it!

So the first thing I do is obviously get out of bed . On weekdays this horrible task takes me about 20 minutes but on the weekend it usually takes me a few hours. Right now my bed is rocking a Christmas pug duvet and I've got my favourite teddy ever (who is tails from sonic ) just casually sitting there .

Now it is time to have some breakfast .I would usually have krave which is sooo nice but if I'm really hungry I might have porridge or a nutella pancake (dribbles at the thought of it) but if I'm not in the mood then I would just grab a banana and eat that . 

After I've had some food I will go upstairs and wash my face . To do this I will use 1 of the 3 products above which are Kiko's purifying scrub, boots tea tree and witch hazel exfoliating face scrub and I've still got a little bit of Lush's buche de Noel left to use . I will also clean my teeth and stare at how ugly I look in the mirror for about 30 mins.

Then I will go to my bedroom and choose what clothes I'm going to wear today. I hate doing this because I have loads and loads of clothes that I hate and never wear anymore (mainly because they are pink) so it always takes me so long to choose what I'm wearing ! Urghhh stupid clothes !!! 

After I have eventually chosen some clothes to wear I sit down and start my skincare routine. The first thing I do is I use origins' spot remover pads . Then I spray some of Lush's tea tree toner on my face and after that has dried I moisturise my face with Simple's oil reducing moisturiser . I will then put some of the body shop's elderflower eye cream on and to finish off I just put some lip balm on . Right now I am loving the body shop's watermelon lip balm. 

The next job is makeup and hair. I can never decide which one of these I do first but lets start off with makeup today. So I choose the make up I want to wear by deciding what colour eyeshadow goes with what I'm wearing and if I should wear eyeliner or not. I love doing my makeup , it is probably my favourite part of my daily routine . I will then do my hair which I like to do in a different style everyday as well. 

That is the end of my morning routine so I continue on with my day until it gets to the time to do my evening routine. 

First things first I have to confess that I did take these pictures in the morning because I get too tired when I try to take them at night. I did try to make it look like I took them at night but it failed because the light from outside was shining through the holes in the blind. I hate that blind!! Anyway to start of my evening routine I take my makeup off with the truly fantastic Garnier micellar cleansing water. 

I will then run a bath and choose some things from lush to use . However if I'm feeling lazy (which is most of the time) I will just have a shower. 

When I  have a bath I will put this yes to tomatoes face mask on but otherwise i will just cleanse my face with boot's tea tree and witch hazel foaming face wash! 

So after I've put my pj's on and repeated the skincare routine I do in the morning it is time for me to go to sleep. However if we are going to be realistic I don't actually get to sleep until an hour later once I've finished watching some youtube and 

Netflix !

New makeup storage and my makeup collection

Hello everyone ! I hope you are all having a great day and I hope you all had a fantastic half term ! I practically lived off of mcdonalds and chips this holiday but it was fun and I done loads of things (none of them homework. Whoops!) .
Anyways , in today's post I am going to be showing you something I purchased recently and that I use to store my makeup ! I will also be briefly showing you my makeup collection so enjoy...

Ok so the thing I use to keep my makeup in is this-

Ok so this is a cute storage unit from whsmith! 

They cost £19.99 but online there is an offer where you can buy them for £13.99 and in my nearest whsmith store there was a deal where you could get two for £19.99! So I brought two and I use the other one to keep my lush stuff in ! 

There are loads of different designs but I decided to go with the blue themed one because it matches my bedroom ! 

Anyway here is what I use each draw for- 

The first draw, which is one of the small ones at the top, contains all of my eyeshadows. The eyeshadows I have are tanya burr's galaxy palette, 2 maybelline diamond glow palettes (one purple and one blue) , a grey eyeshadow palette from L & B (never heard of the brand but it is a nice palette) , a gold eyeshadow from maxfactor, a black eyeshadow from MUA and a light pink eyeshadow from Kiko. 

 The next draw is where I keep my lip sticks. In this draw I have a berry coloured lip crayon by maybelline, a black lipstick from MUA (it was for Halloween) , 2 tanya burr glosses (picnic in the park and champagne toast),a baby pink Barry m lipgloss , a pinkey nude Loreal lipstick (which doesn't even exist anymore!!), a pink lancome gloss in love lipgloss, a red lip pen from Kiko, a sexy mother pucker lipgloss in the colour watchamama coral by soap and glory and finally a nudey pink lipstick from kiko.

 The third draw is the home of my blushes and contour things . I have a Loreal le blush in the colour sandalwood pink , a Nars blusher in the colour orgasm, benefits hoola, benefits benetint and benefits high beam .

 The next draw , which is a bigger draw on the second row, contains all of my face things. In this draw I have a Garnier bb cream, a kiko soft focus foundation, a Loreal bb cream, a Loreal 24hr matte foundation, a maybelline baby skin primer, a Loreal true match genius 4 in 1 foundation, 2 collection concealers, a clinique powder, a set of benefits boi-ing concealers, a soap and glory kick ass concealer crayon, a Yves saint laurent touche eclat concealer and finally a mini benefits pore eraser.

 In the 5th draw I keep my eye things . I have a soap and glory supercat eyeliner, a lancome crayon de kohl eyeliner, a maybelline Brown liquid eyeliner, a blue rimmel eyeliner, a blue collection mascara, a body shop eyeliner , a Loreal superliner , a mini benefit they're real mascara , a maybelline lash sensational mascara and a miss sporty clear mascara .

And finally in the last draw, which is the big one at the bottom, I have my skincare stuff and one eyeshadow palette. The eyeshadow palette is the Tanya burr candy glam palette and the skincare things I have are a pot of origins spot remover pads, a little Garnier micellar cleansing water, a tea tree toner from lush, a watermelon lip balm from the body shop , an oil free moisturiser from simple, an elderflower eyecream from the body shop and finally a tangle teazer !

Latest purchases! 

Hi guys! I hope everyone is having a good day. It is soooo cold where I am but as long as I can have a hot chocolate, I think I can survive !! Anyway this week I have been shopping quite a lot and I wanted to show you some of the things I bought .  Most of my things are from my nearest main shopping centre but when I went to London today , we went into Selfridges and my mum treated me to something . So enjoy !

So the first shop I went to was boots and I purchased these two lovely nail varnishes. These are both made by Barry m and they are both £3.99. The first one ( light pink one on the left) is a new nail varnish for Barry m . It is from the mani mask range (which consists of only 2 colours at the moment) and I got it in the shade bashful. It is called mani mask because it camouflages , colours and conditions your nails. The colour is really subtle (nearly transparent) but it is nice if you want to care for your nails whilst wearing a cute matte nail varnish! 

The second nail varnish is from the matte range and it is in the colour espresso (which is black) . I really wanted a matte black because It always looks really nice when I see it on nails on pinterest. So when I found out that Barry m do matte varnishes I was over the moon . The colour and matteness (think I made up that word) of it  is really cool but the only downside is that the actual varnish formula is really gloppy and sticky and it is really hard to paint with . Apart from that I really like this nail varnish! 

This is the product that I purchased from Selfridges in London and it is a Nars blusher in the colour orgasm . This blusher is so pretty! It is pink with lots of champagne coloured shimmer in it .It is very shimmery and I think that is one of the reasons why I like it so much! It is also very soft and so pigmented! So far I haven't found a bad point about this product yet! The name orgasm also makes me laugh ! Aaaah I've used so many exclamation marks !!! It cost me (well my mum actually) £23 but I think it is worth every penny ! Thanks mum! 

I also popped into Topshop and found this beautiful necklace. There was a deal on where you could choose 5 pieces of jewellery with a pink sale sticker on it and only pay £5 for them all! So I teamed up with my mum and sister and between us we finally picked 5 pieces of jewellery. I choose two pieces of Jewellery and this was one of them. I think this necklace is soooo pretty ! It has got a really thin gold chain with little silver and blue beads and a crystal. I doubt that it is a real crystal but I don't know what else to call it so let's stick with that ! Considering this was only £1 I think I found myself a bargain! 

The final thing that I'm going to show you is these ying and yang chokers. These came in a 2 pack and I bought these in the 5 for £5 deal from Topshop. One necklace has the ying on it and one has the yang on it. I love these chokers so much as well , they look so cool !

Jennifer Niven , All the bright places

Hello everyone ! I'm so happy ! Half term has started ! Yay! Anyway today I am going to be doing a post I've never done a post quite like before. You probably didn't know but reading is one of my main hobbies and lately I got a new kindle so I wanted to buy a new book to go with it. So I bought this one .

"You are all the colours in one, at full brightness" 

So this book is called All the bright places and it is written by Jennifer Niven . This book is so good! It has funny parts and sad parts and gives you a good insight on how people who want to take their own lives feel. I found this book so interesting and I know it sounds weird but it made me want to go out and do more with my life for some reason . 

" We do not remember days, we remember moments" 

Like I said earlier All the bright places is a book that is all about suicide . That sounds really depressing and the book is quite depressing but it isn't that bad so don't worry. All I'm going to say is if you are an emotional person you may want to get some tissues nearer the end of the book . 

Anyway, the book starts off when a boy named Finch and a girl named Violet meet at the top of a building both considering committing suicide . Finch manages to convince Violet not to do it and come back down with him. Everybody thinks Violet saved Finch but is actually the other way around. 

Finch instantly takes a liking to Violet and they end up working on a project together. At first Violet isn't sure about Finch but as she enjoys being with him more and more she starts to feel attracted to him. They then end up being in a relationship . Everything is going great , they are both having a whale of a time but suddenly everything starts going downhill for Finch and he finds himself having a really tough time ... 

"The thing I realise is, that's it's not what you take, it's what you leave" 

I can't tell you anymore because I will give away far too many spoilers but I hope that has given you a bit of a background story to the book. Now it is time for some constructive criticism for Jennifer Niven . There was one thing that I really didn't like about this book and that was the swearing and the rude bits in it . I don't mind a few naughty words but I think that this went a bit extreme . Anyway apart from that All the bright places is a great and inspiring book that I think everyone would enjoy reading.

My favourite body sprays 

Hello everyone ! I hope you are having a nice day. Today I will be showing you my favourite body mists .

So I have got 2 from soap and glory and two from Hollister. I know that everybody is obsessed with Victoria's secret now but if you want something different then I would try one of these.

The first one , which is the pink hollister one at the back on the left, is called Cresent Bay . This smells so nice. It smells really really sweet like watermelon and honey suckle but I don't find it really sickly. It is especially nice in the summer or in the winter if you want to feel happy.

The second one , the Hollister one at the back on the right, is called Silver Strand Beach. I love this. It smells really sweet and quite citrusy - totally different to the one above . For some weird reason whenever I think of it, it makes me think of really sweet orange juice even though it doesn't smell like that at all. I suppose it smells like mangos thinking about it now. Anyway whatever it smells like it is really good!

The third one, the soap and glory one on the right, is called mist you madly. I like the play on words in the name btw and as well as that it smells really nice. This one isn't as sweet as the two Hollister ones but it is still nice. It smells sort of soapy, sweet and creamy and I obviously like this combination . It is also more subtle and really nice just to spritz on everyday (or whenever you want really) .

The fourth and final one , the soap and glory one on the right , is called sugar crush . I bought the sugar crush scrub and body butter a while ago and fell in love with the scent . It smells like lime jelly!! Who doesn't like something that smells of lime jelly! Then I found out that they had a body spray of it and I was like I need to get this. I never got round to getting it. However at Christmas my ever so kind neighbour bought a sugar crush set for me which came with a rubber duck, a sugar crush shower gel, a sugar crush body butter and of course the body spray . I was over the moon with it so thanks Jackie if your reading this for some weird reason. I love this spray so much ! It smells like lime and vanilla and it makes me feel happy and fresh when I use it!

So they are all the body mist's I have been obsessed with lately and I hope you enjoyed this post.

American cream review 

Hello everyone !!! I hope you are having a great day! In today's post I am going to be talking to you about a product I couldn't get enough of throughout the last month . This amazing product is Lush's American cream !

Words can't describe how much I love this product ! It is supposed to have a strawberries and cream scent but I don't think it does. However the scent is still beautiful but I can't put my finger on what it reminds me of! Maybe creamy sherbet??Anyway I haven't actually told you what it is so American cream is a hair conditioner.It contains fresh strawberries which contain vitamin e in them and they will cleanse and nourish your hair, it also contains a splash of orange juice which makes your hair shiny (in a good way) and finally it contains lavender and Clary sage to calm and soothe your scalp. The best part of this product though is that it makes your hair smell so nice. I am sitting here right now smelling my hair and it is just so good ! American cream costs

So if you need a new conditioner or just want to buy a new one for the sake of it then I would recommend this to you. I guarantee you will never want to try another conditioner .
