Feel unique delivery !

Hello everybody ! I hope you all had a great Easter and I hope you are all enjoying eating your Easter eggs ! I certainly am ! Anyway today's post is about a very exciting package I received from feel unique a few days ago. I had recently ordered some things off of Feel unique and I was so delighted and excited when my package finally came ! So read on to see why I was so happy !

First of all I want to apologise for my shameful photography skills ! My camera kept on taking the pictures blurry and there were shadows everywhere but hey ho! So the reason why I am so hyped is because of this beautiful palette that I ordered ! It is the Urban decay naked palette and it is just phenomenal ! It contains a range of very high pigmented matte , glittery and shiny brown toned shades . I love it so much ! Also it contains a good quality double ended brush which helps you to apply your eyeshadow professionally and the case that the eyeshadows are kept in is furry (you will know what I mean if you've seen it) which is so cool. I can't wait to try out all of the eyeshadows and I'm sure this palette will feature in more of my posts !

In the box that the palette came in there was also this little packet of 4 little samples of the 4 different eye primers that urban decay do. Every little sample is supposed to have a weeks worth of primer in it which means I've got 4 weeks of primer to use! How cool! I can't wait to use these and see if they make a difference to the intensity of my eyeshadows and the staying power of them . Yay!

The next thing I ordered was the small urban decay 'de sleek' setting spray . I can't wait to try this out because I powder my face after I put my foundation on but I wanted something that will help my blusher and eyeshadow stay on aswell and I think this will be perfect. Also because this is the de sleek setting spray , it is made to keep oily skin matte which will be perfect for me because my skin is like a chip fryer .

The final thing that I ordered was another urban decay product and it was the naked skin concealer ! I'm so glad I got this concealer because I was going to buy the Mac pro long wear concealer but when I went to Mac and tried it on I couldn't find a colour that would suit me , it didn't really give much coverage and the staff and super bright lights in Mac weren't particularly helpful so I left it . Thank God I bought this concealer because it is so much better . It doesn't look cakey , it looks really natural but it also manages to give so much coverage . There is quite a big range of colours so if you are looking for a new concealer I would defiantly recommend giving this one a try !

Because my order came to over £30 and then over £50 I was able to choose these two free samples to come free with my order ! I choose -

New Barry M nail varnish purchases 

Hello ! Today I am just going to go straight into it and do a quick post about two new nail varnishes I bought on the weekend . I hope you enjoy it!

So of course the nail varnishes I purchased were from Barry M because they have sooo many colours to choose from, they are good quality and most importantly they are quite cheap. Also, usually boots or superdrug has a deal on Barry M nails or on all Barry M products so you can always pick up a good bargain !

So here are the nail varnishes -

The first one which is on the left is from the Gelly Hi shine range and it is called Acai smoothie . In white lights this colour looks like a dusky pink however in warm lights this colour looks like a purpley pink . Anyway whatever it looks like it is still a pretty colour . It is perfect for spring ! 

The next varnish is from the speedy quick dry range and it is in the colour Sprint finish . I love this colour so much ! I would describe it as a plum red colour and it is quite dark (maybe better for winter instead of spring) but I think it is really pretty .

My updated everyday makeup routine 

Hello everyone! I hope you are all having a fab day !
Today I am doing a new and improved everyday makeup routine because I feel like I have currently got some pieces of make up that will stay in my everyday makeup routine for a long time ! Also my previous everyday routine was a bit of a fail so I've been wanting to do a new one for a long time .
I hope you enjoy it!

1.

So the first thing that I do in my makeup routine is put on the maybelline baby skin primer . Then the foundation that I have been using lately is the Revlon colour stay foundation and it is such a great foundation ! I really recommend it! I then put some of my collection concealer on redness or blemishes and some of my Yves saint laurent touche eclat concealer under my eyes. Both of these concealers are also great! Finally I will set my face with some powder ! My face is done !

The next thing I do is my contour and blush. So I start of with putting a bit of benefits hoola where my cheekbones are supposed to be and then I would brush the soap and 

 glory glow all out cheek stick just above where I put my bronzer! I love both of these products ! Finally I will put some of Nars Orgasm on my cheeks . Orgasm has to be one of the best blushes ever! I am obsessed with it!

Then I will move onto my eyes. So firstly using a bit of miss sporty's clear mascara (which isn't very clear anymore due to all of the foundation that has found its way into it) I will tidy up my eyebrows. Then I will line my waterline with Lancome's crayon khol and use this mysterious but fantastic eyeshadow palette by L & B to do a subtle smokey eye type look. The reason why I call this palette mysterious is that I liked it so much that I looked it up on the internet but I couldn't find it anywhere which is very suspicious . Anyway a good alternative for it would be the bourjois smoky eye trio in the colour gris party ! Finally I would just put some mascara on and for this I will usually use maybelline lash sensational because it is such a good mascara . 

4. 

The final thing I do is whack some lipstick on and lately I have been drawn to my nyx soft matte lip cream in the colour Istanbul! It is just so nice! 

So that is my everyday make up routine and I hope I have recommended some great products to you !

Loreal Elvive re balancing shampoo, conditioner and hair mask . 

Hi guys! I hope you are having a great day!
Recently I have started to use a new hair care range which I absolutely love. I have been using the Loreal Elvive extraordinary clay rebalancing shampoo, conditioner and hair mask to wash and nourish my hair.

Here they are:

The main aim of these three products is to keep your roots oil free for 72 hours but also keep the ends of your hair soft and hydrated. The shampoo and conditioner have 3 refined clays in them which help your hair to become free flowing and fresh. They also purify your scalp and clear your head from dandruff.

The clay mask also contains 3 refined clays and it makes your hair feel radiant and very lightweight. You just massage it into your scalp, leave it for five minutes to work its magic and then wash it out with the shampoo. Your scalp feels nourished but not greasy. However the coolest part is that it is bright blue !

I love all three of these products and you can currently get all three for ten pounds at boots! What a bargain!

Two new beauty purchases that I love! 

Hello everyone !!
First of all I would like to apologise for not doing a post on Wednesday. I felt very ill and I just wasn't in the mood to start editing photos and writing a post . Anyway now I'm feeling much better and I'm back to my usual self !

So today I am going to be showing you two new pieces of makeup that I bought and absolutely love.

Here are both of the products !!

So these two products are a Nyx soft matte lip cream
in the colour Istanbul and a soap and glory  'Glow all out' cheek stick in the shade ice shimmer .

Firstly lets talk about the Nyx soft matte lip cream . I have heard so many people rave on about these so I decided to buy one . Thank goodness I did! I love these so much ! They are soft , they are matte and they are creamy ! Like I said I got mine in the colour Istanbul which is a light pink colour (swatch below). I thought it was going to be a nudey pink colour but it isn't really however I still love it. I really recommend these but the only down side is that they can dry your lips out so make sure you put a lip balm on before. Apart from that these soft matte lip creams are fantastic!

The other product that I purchased was the soap and glory glow all out cheek stick. I love this! It is a solid highlighter stick and it makes your face look luminous but not too luminous if you know what I mean. Mine is in the colour ice shimmer and I know you can get a bronzer and a blusher that I will hopefully be purchasing soon ! Ice shimmer is a glowy , sort of champagne coloured highlighter (swatch below) that looks beautiful on the skin. It is so easy to blend in and I would definitely give it a 10/10!!

3 quick rules to happiness 

Hello everyone! Today I just wanted to do a quick post on 3 ways to be happy because being happy is very important in life ! So when you are feeling down just remember these rules and hopefully you will feel much better.

1. Do what you want to do
If you want to eat that massive chocolate bar even though you are supposed to be on a diet then just eat it . If you really don't feel up to going out tonight then just stay at home . If you want to wear a fluffy pink skirt with neon yellow leggings and a bright orange top to work / school then wear it ! Just do what pleases yourself because all that matters is that you are happy! Don't let other people judge you and not let you be yourself.

Which leads on to my next point nicely...

2. Ignore the haters
There are quite a few things that I really hate in the world and one of them is haters ! I don't know what possesses them to be so mean and horrible because it really doesn't make them look cool , it makes them look evil ! Anyway , if anyone is mean to you then please just ignore them because they are idiots and they are clearly bored out of their lives if the only thing that entertains them is being mean to you . Remember that " the haters gonna hate hate hate hate hate but I'm just gonna shake shake shake shake shake . Shake it off shake it off!!" Just listen to Taylor swift!

And finally...

3. Believe in yourself
Don't say "I can't do it" or "I know I've done bad" because that will really lower your self confidence. Just have confidence in yourself ! Unless you've murdered an innocent person then nothing that you have done is bad ! And if you think you cant do something well just try and you will probably surprise yourself ! If you believe in yourself and never doubt yourself then I guarantee that you will start to feel more happy !

Mother's day gift ideas 

Hello everyone! As you may know (or maybe I've just reminded you and made you panick) mother's day is on Sunday and I just wanted to do a quick post with some ideas of what you could get your mum for Mothers day !

Option 1 : Body shop British rose collection

This gift would be so nice as this collection smells so good !! If you would like to spend a lot of money on your mum then some more expensive bits from this collection will be a good idea or if you want to spend below £10 then you could also buy the cheaper items from this range !

Option 2 : Lush's mother's day products

There is sooo many items to choose from this range ! Wether your mum likes sweet and fruity scents or musky and herbal scents there is a product for every mum. You could just buy a little bath bomb so your mum could have a relaxing bath or you could treat her to a gift box which are wrapped up so nicely and would be appreciated by anyone!

Option 3 : Buy a book

Everybody loves a good book so why not buy your mum one so she can have some alone time whilst being engrossed in a story ! There are so many different books to choose from but look out for what authors your mum prefers to read so you can buy her a book she will be interested in !

Option 4 : A CD

Treat your mum to an albumn of a band that she used to be obsessed with or maybe a new band that you have heard her humming songs by!

Option 5: Makeup .

Buy your mum some make up so she can always look her best and feel luxurious whilst wearing the make up that her favourite daughter bought her !!

Option 6 : the classic chocolates and flowers

 Play it safe and just buy your mum some flowers and chocolates if you have no other hope !
